Late Shri S.C. Khanna
Mr. Khanna started his career in the banking sector and eventually moved to Gurgaon in 1991. He established Triumph Estate in 1994. He holds a strong stance in the Finance sector and an extensive experience in the legal framework, Late Mr. S.C. Khanna had a knack for managing real estate. Throughout his journey in real estate, client satisfaction has been his top priority. For the longest period, he was the president and the founding member of the SHOPPING MALL CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION (SMCA). He took up the project of remodeling the mall and gave the infrastructure a touch of his architectural mindset to infuse innovation & modernity into it. During his tenure as the Secretary General of the Arya Samaj Mandir in DLF Phase 2, he redefined & redesigned the experience of the Arya Samaj temple. His professional career gave him scope to witness the magical transformation of Gurgaon from a small tinsel town in the suburb of Delhi to a full-fledged international standard smart city. He received multiple certifications such as NAREDCO, ISO CERTIFICATION, HRERA CERTIFICATION, International Acclaim, etc. He was a man of honor and during his entire lifespan, he worked for the betterment of the society.
Mr. Anuj Khanna
Mr. Anuj Khanna completed his graduation from the Sushant School of Art and Architecture in 2002. In 2001-2002, he also completed an 8-month training program in Bhuj, Gujarat by designing and managing construction projects of over 200 rehabilitation houses for earthquake victims under Caritas NGO. In the same year, he joined Triumph Estates. In 2002, he founded his own architectural & design studio, STUDIO1 ARCHITECT. With the establishment of this company, he completed various residential & commercial projects in Delhi NCR and made a praiseworthy reputation in the industry. Considering his architectural background, he gave best of the investment suggestions for a seamless experience in the real estate journey. In 2016, TNRIC was established to provide extended services to its clients regarding investment advisory. He is also a long-time member of the PHD Chamber of Commerce & Industries. TNRIC has been a part of many renowned projects and concluded exclusive investment & project management summits & roadshows in Singapore, Dubai, Bahrain, Malaysia, and so on where information is being provided to NRI expats with dysphoria about India. Under the banner of PHD Chamber of Commerce & Industries, Mr. Anuj Khanna has concluded various housing summits & conclaves. He was also one of the sponsors & speakers at the India-Singapore Summit in 2016.
