Anuj Khanna (Founder)
In 2002, Mr. Anuj Khanna, an esteemed graduate of the prestigious Sushant School of Art and Architecture, embarked on a transformative professional journey. He aligned his architectural expertise with Triumph Estates, laying the foundation for his design studio, Studio1Architect. Over the ensuing years, his commitment to excellence and innovative design solutions garnered widespread acclaim, leading to the successful execution of numerous residential and commercial projects across the vibrant NCR Delhi region.
Recognizing the evolving landscape of real estate investment, Mr. Khanna took a visionary step in 2016. Leveraging his deep-rooted architectural insights, he established Triumph NRI Corporate (TNRIC) Services Pvt Ltd. This cutting-edge real estate investment advisory firm was conceptualized to complement Triumph Estates' offerings, providing clients with bespoke investment strategies tailored to their unique needs. With a focus on integrity, innovation, and client-centric solutions, Mr. Khanna continues to redefine the realms of architecture and real estate investment in India.

Over three decades, he witnessed Gurgaon's transformation into a smart city, adapting his approach to evolving technology and demographics.
Renowned for his dedication to social justice, Mr. Khanna was celebrated for upholding high moral values and ensuring Triumph Estates became a trusted legal entity. He spearheaded the establishment of Triumph Estates as a reputable legal entity, advocating for certifications from esteemed organizations like NAREDCO, ISO, and HRERA, earning international acclaim in the process.
